What is Dasik?

Dasik is traditional Korean candy made with a variety of material. Material that can be eaten raw, such as grain, Oriental medicinal herbs, nuts, pollen, starch, and sea food are dried and used. Material that can't be eaten raw is steamed or roasted. These materials are made into powder. The powder is mixed well with honey and pressed in a pattern board to make patterned candy.

Special characteristics of Dasik
